Shipping

The shipping - costs & packing

Here you will find all information about our shipping process. Depending on the shop, delivery country and item size, we ship freight-free or with a one-time flat rate shipping fee per order.

Part of our range can be sent by parcel service and free of charge for you due to smaller dimensions. We use e.g. GLS and UPS as transport companies. Delivery times may vary here. When shipping by parcel service, you will usually receive a link to track the shipment as part of the shipping communication.

Overview of the countries that are supplied free of shipping costs across the range (except for islands and mountain stations):

When shipping to islands, an island surcharge is levied (German islands 99,-€/delivery fixed price), which is calculated depending on the transport connection. We will contact you with a non-binding offer after your online order.

Alternatively, there is the possibility of self-collection from one of our warehouses.

Germany:

  • Southern Germany in the BW warehouse in 70794 Filderstadt
  • Northern Germany in the warehouse NRW in 46485 Wesel
  • Eastern Germany in warehouse MV in 17309 Pasewalk

United Kingdom:

  • Wales, Pen Y Fan Industrial Estate, Gwent NP11 4EA

SPAR-TIP: we grant a 5% discount on the net purchase value for self-collectors. You can find out more about this under Self-collection.

Shipping to European countries  

We ship daily to Austria and Switzerland (details below). In principle, we can deliver to any country within Europe; here we charge a flat-rate European delivery fee of €169.00, applied once per transaction. If a sales tax identification (VAT) number is given, we will deliver your order free of sales tax.

The delivery times within Europe vary and are displayed on our online shop depending on the country selected. For deliveries sent abroad, the goods are usually transferred / handed over to the forwarding agent within one day after receipt of payment. You will receive shipping confirmation by email.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made by forwarding agent (usually 40t with side unloading without additional lifting gear). We are happy to assist, should you wish your delivery to be carried out by another type of vehicle.

Shipping to Austria  

For shipping to Austria, a one-time flat-rate shipping fee of 99,-€ per shopping cart is charged. The delivery time after handing over to the forwarding agent is about 2-4 working days. If you provide us with a sales tax identification number, we will deliver your order to Austria free of sales tax.

Shipping outside the EU

For deliveries to Switzerland or other non-EU countries, import duties are levied by the countries, which are fully borne by the buyer. These charges are usually invoiced by a logistics service provider. 

Shipping to Switzerland  

For shipping to Switzerland, a one-time flat-rate shipping fee of 199,- € per shopping cart is charged.

The delivery time to Switzerland takes approx. 3–5 working days following handover to the forwarding agent. As a non-EU-jurisdiction country, TOPREGAL deliveries to Switzerland are VAT-free. We take care of the entire customs clearance process for you, including the preparation of the customs papers.

After receipt of your order, our customer service team will get in touch with you regarding the shipping process. Please note that any import tax and other additional fees (e.g. customs duties, for an electronic tax assessment or electronic customs declaration) might be invoiced separately by the logistics service provider. Please let us know if you have a CSP account.

We ask for your understanding that in some cases delivery cannot be made within the specified delivery time due to delays at customs.

Dispatch by house forwarding agency

Most of our products are shipped by a freight forwarder due to their oversized dimensions and heavy weight. Shipping within Germany is handled by our standard forwarding agent. You are also welcome to commission your own transport service provider or pick up the goods yourself in one of our warehouses in Filderstadt, Wesel or Pasewalk - here you save 5% on the net value of the goods with our cash & carry discount. More information about this can be found under cash & carry.

Our heavy-duty racks are usually handed over to the forwarding agent on the day following receipt of the order and/or payment.

You will be informed about the shipping of your heavy-duty racks by email and, if requested (in the order process), the forwarding agent will contact you by telephone to agree and arrange the exact delivery time. Please provide us with a telephone number you can always be contacted on (mobile) for this purpose. Generally, we deliver the goods between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.; during this time, we assume that acceptance points are continuously staffed. Repeat deliveries will be charged by the freight forwarder.

On request, we can arrange a fixed delivery date with the forwarding agent.

Please note that, in principle, your goods are delivered by articulated lorry. To unload the goods from the HGV (unloading from the side), a forklift truck or other lifting equipment is required. This is not provided by the freight forwarder. If you wish to arrange an alternative way of unloading, please let us know when you place your order. We will then do our best to find a more suitable unloading option for you (tail lift, etc.). For items measuring a max. length of up to 2.70m, the alternative of unloading by tail lift is available on request.

Express delivery

We offer express delivery within 24 hours throughout Germany for an additional charge. 

Please contact our sales team or write it in the message field in the checkout process and we will contact you afterwards.

Shipping – the process

After your order, you choose one of our payment methods. If you have purchased shipping goods, then either provide necessary lifting equipment. If you do not have this in the house, then we organize this for you very gladly against surcharge. Depending on the packing size of the goods and conditions on site, this can be done by tail lift (49,- €), forklift (399,- €)  or low loader (649,- €). After that we hand over the goods to the forwarding company. This requires within Germany max. 3 working days until delivery. Before delivery, the freight forwarder will usually contact you regarding the delivery time.
