Flexible handling

The mobile welding fume extractor AS25 offers a practical and efficient solution for removing fumes during welding work. The welding fume extractor is ergonomic, stable and easy to handle. The housing is made of powder-coated Steel, with compact dimensions of 550 mm x 550 mm x 1.060 mm. The base's own weight of 51 kg can be easily lifted by two people and carried to the desired location, or conveniently rolled from place to place. The unit is supplied with a 2.000 mm long, rotatable and swivelling extraction arm, which can be flexibly moved through 360° with 3 joints. This means that the AS25 can be used wherever there is a lot of smoke.

Simple principle

The extraction unit works according to a simple system, whereby the welding smoke flows through the protective net of the self-supporting suction arm in the first step. Here, sparks and other larger particles are to be intercepted and sucked into the filter unit with a fan output of 1.500 m³/h. The smoke is further filtered through the lamellas of the filter cartridge, with 99,9 % efficiency and a filter area of 8 m², cleaned by activated carbon filters and released into the room as clean air.
