Simple, secure, modular

The machine guard fencing system from TOPREGAL. Its modular design makes it simple and straightforward to separate off different areas of a production hall, mainly to protect workers from machines such as bending machines, saws or even robotic arms. It allows autonomous devices to be easily separated from walkways and vehicle paths to enable the machine to work without interference, but also to ensure safety in the workplace. There are many possible use cases for the system. For example, it can be used to restrict access to machine sides or separate off whole production lines to guarantee unobstructed production. 

The 2.000 mm tall system stops machines from working outside their own range of motion and prevents workers from reaching into machines and risking injury. The yellow/black signal colour has been deliberately chosen to guarantee maximum safety. The close mesh (aperture size 20 x 100 mm) prevents hands from getting in accidentally. The corner and side posts on the guard fencing are each secured to the floor with 2 bolt anchors. The 3 mm thick fencing struts are designed to be robust and therefore have a long service life.

Pre-configured as a rectangle

The machine guard system from TOPREGAL allows flexible and individual configuration to cover different applications. The large 3x6 configuration with open side and sliding door creates a separate area where several workstations can be easily separated from pathways and also one or more machines can be safely enclosed. The open side can be placed directly against walls or used as the start of a longer production line. The space-saving sliding door does not require any space to swing open, which is a particularly great advantage in warehouses and production facilities.

Slide to the side and enter

Sliding doors are the space-saving alternative to ordinary swing doors. Where a swinging door requires a 1 m radius to be left free to the inside or outside in order to be able to open it completely, you simply slide the 1200 x 2000 mm sliding door aside for the machine guard system. This saves space and works smoothly. This allows you to create one or more access points to your machine, e.g. to carry out maintenance work or to load raw material. The sliding door can be embedded at any point in the system of machine guard walls. This allows you to create access to your machine at several points at the same time.
